Pantograph Rates
I charge 3 cents per square inch for most designs. I have a few quick loose pantos at 2.5 cents for those quick and easy projects you just want done (indicated by an asterisk).
My rates INCLUDE design advice, consultation, thread, and a new needle.
Example: If a quilt top is 60 inches x 80 inches: 60 x 80 = 4800 x .03 = $144

Thread
I stock Premo-Soft and Omni polyester thread in several neutral colors as well as every color of the rainbow. The thread looks matte like cotton, but is very strong and a great long lasting thread. My personal preference is to match a lighter color in your quilt, but this is your quilt so let me know if you have a preference. There are no extra fees for thread. It’s included in the square inch price.

Batting
I stock my favorite Quilters Dream batting in the 80/20 cotton/poly blend, 100% cotton, and wool.
I will order other fiber varieties of Quilters Dream batting like Dream Bamboo or their Green option (made with recycled plastic) for you if given enough lead time. I can have it shipped directly to me to use on your quilt.
The 80/20 is 38 cents a linear inch.
The 100% cotton is 40 cents a liner inch.
The wool is 52 cents a linear inch.
For example, a 60 x 80 inch quilt requires me to cut a 66 inch piece of batting as it comes on a 93 inch roll.
For the 80/20 batting: 66 x .38 = $25.08
For the all cotton batting: 66 x .40 = $26.40
For the wool batting: 66 x .52 = $34.32
Batting is a separate charge and is NOT included in the square inch price.

Shipping
Shipping your top and backing to me: I live in WA state, USA, and would be happy to receive your top and backing by mail. I'd recommend sending your materials enclosed in some kind of sack or bag to protect against possible moisture in transit and then placed in a hard-sided cardboard box. Make sure the box is securely taped and labeled clearly.
Return shipping: I will send your quilt back to you in the manner described above via USPS Priority mail (using flat rate when possible/economical).
Priority mail comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number but please indicate on your intake form if you would like me to buy any additional insurance on your behalf. It's a great idea to insure your valuables against loss or damage while with the Postal Service, but I don't require it.

Binding
I have a few options for helping out with binding of your quilt. All of these options include trimming your quilt to prepare for binding. To figure out the cost, add up the edges of your quilt (width+width+length+length), then multiply that number by the charge listed below. For example, if your quilt is 60X80, it would be 60+60+80+80 = 280”. Multiply 280 by one of the prices below. So for machine sewing your premade binding to the front of your quilt it would be 280 x .15 = $42.
1) I machine sew your premade binding to the front of your quilt: 15¢/linear inch
2) I make your binding with your supplied fabric and machine sew to front: 20¢/linear inch
3) I machine sew your premade binding to both sides of your quilt: 20¢/linear inch
4) I make your binding with your supplied fabric and machine sew to front and back: 25¢/linear inch

Basting Services
If you like to hand quilt or have a large quilt that is too tricky to baste on your own, I can help! I offer basting services on my longarm for 1.5 cents a square inch.
The minimum charge of $35 still applies as I load the quilt the same way as if I were doing E2E quilting.

Other Costs
I'm required by the State of WA to collect sales tax from WA state residents.
